Ditto: Return to APPA only move for her

Ditto It will be a "bittersweet" homecoming for Joy Ditto in January when she goes back to the $25 million-revenue American Public Power Association, this time as CEO. After 15 years as a lobbyist at APPA, during which time she rose to senior vice president for legislative and political affairs, Ditto left to become CEO of the $6.5 million-revenue Utilities Technology Council in 2016.
